Information about Subscribers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling or exchanging it with others. We share subscriber information only as described below.

What information about subscribers does HVP gather? Only the Company User information is stored and used to customize forms for your usage. The information or input received from subscribers helps continually improve the experience at HVP.

Information you give us:

We do not receive and store information you enter on our site or give us in any other way. We use the information provided for such purposes as responding to requests, customizing features of the programs as applicable and improving software and communications with you.

We do not collect information each time you visit or use the software, we do not use “cookies” to obtain any information, we do not interact with any other companies or electronic devices or utilities that gather or use or obtain information except as may be required to conduct subscription activities.

Some subscriptions will contain pricing provided and maintained courtesy of material suppliers. They are not able to view anything other than their price sheet for you. HVP is not responsible / liable for error / omissions on the part of any suppliers. Confidential information given to HVP will not be shared with outside third parties except as necessary to conduct subscription transactions or collections.

Agents:

We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples may include sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, payments and providing customer service. They have access to limited subscriber information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

Business transfers:

As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy other assets. In the unlikely event that HVP’s assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

Electronic communications:

When you visit HVP or send e-mails to us, you are in communication with us electronically. You consent to receive communications electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communication that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

As a Subscriber, HVP grants you a limited license to access and use this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it or any portion of it except with express written consent of HVP. You do not have permission to include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents. Any collection and use of a product listings, descriptions or forms or formulas or any derivative use of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of information for benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools are strictly prohibited. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without express written consent of HVP. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information or forms of HVP and our affiliates without written consent. You may not use mega tracer other “hidden text” utilizing HVP’s name or trademarks with out the express written consent of HVP. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license or subscription granted by HVP. You are granted a limited, revocable and non exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of HVP so long as the link does not portray HVP and its affiliates or their products or services in a false misleading, derogatory or offensive manner.

If you post content or submit material and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant HVP a nonexclusive, royalty-free perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub-licensing rights to use, reproduce, modify adapt publish, translate, create derive from and distribute and display such content throughout the world in any media. HVP takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
